Vineyards located in the upper western part of the Garden but not accessible during the year to visitors, offers ten acres of various varieties of grapes including assyrtiko, malvasia and the ancient athiri, to name a few.

In August, a wine festival is held, inviting visitors and guests to take part in the gathering and processing of the grapes: all parts of the winemaking process.
